  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Desk Hub.

  • Full payment is required before any order is processed and dispatched.

  • Desk Hub reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Delivery and Shipping

  • Desk Hub aims to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe; however, delays may occur due to courier availability.

  • Shipping fees may apply and will be indicated at checkout.

  • Desk Hub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Customers may return a product within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • The return period may be extended depending on courier availability.

  • Desk Hub will only issue a refund after inspecting the returned goods. If the item is found to be damaged or does not meet return criteria, no refund will be issued, and the customer will be responsible for any additional courier fees.

  • Certain items, including custom-made products and clearance items, are not eligible for return.

5. Warranty and Liability

  • Desk Hub provides a limited warranty on certain products. Warranty details are available upon request.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

  • Desk Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
